Fit may vary between styles. Customers are encouraged to review the relevant product description and Size Guide before ordering.

4. Prices and Availability

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required.

Shipping charges and other applicable costs are shown before the purchase is completed.

Product availability is subject to stock levels and limited-release quantities. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it.

We may correct genuine pricing, product-information, or stock errors. Where an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer cancellation and a refund.

5. Orders

When placing an order, you must provide complete and accurate billing, delivery, and contact information.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including:

• payment failure;
• suspected fraud or unauthorised activity;
• a clear pricing or stock error;
• inability to fulfil the order;
• incorrect or incomplete order information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Order Cancellations and Changes

You may request cancellation while your order is still unfulfilled.

Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return procedure will apply.

Requests to change delivery information or order details should be made as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has begun.

7. Preorders and Limited Releases

Some Seejthreadsflames (STF) products may be offered as preorders or limited releases.

Estimated production or delivery timelines will be displayed on the relevant product page.

Preorder timelines are estimates and may change because of production, quality control, logistics, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a significant delay occurs, we will provide relevant updates where appropriate.

If an order contains both preorder and ready-to-ship products, the products may be dispatched together once the preorder item is available unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a preorder product does not remove any statutory consumer rights unless a specific legal exception applies.

8. Payment

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Seejthreadsflames (STF) does not directly store your complete payment-card details.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Current shipping destinations, rates, free-shipping thresholds, and estimated transit times are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed where applicable during checkout.

In-stock orders may require processing time before dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Carrier delays, customs procedures, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Nothing in this section limits rights available to customers under applicable consumer law.

10. Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

For standard change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Where an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us so that an appropriate remedy can be arranged.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers requiring a different size or colour may return an eligible item and place a new order.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
