Return & Refund Policy — Seejthreadsflames (STF)

We want every Seejthreadsflames (STF) order to feel right. If something is not suitable, please review our return and refund conditions below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unused;
• unworn;
• unwashed;
• in their original condition;
• returned with original tags attached;
• returned with any original packaging supplied with the item, where reasonably applicable.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, staining, fragrance, alteration, misuse, or customer-caused damage may not be accepted.

2. Preorder Items

Some Seejthreadsflames (STF) products are offered as preorders or limited releases.

Eligible preorder items remain subject to the same return conditions as regular products.

The fact that an item was sold as a preorder does not remove any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.

Estimated preorder production or delivery timelines are shown on the relevant product page. A delivery that remains within the communicated estimated preorder period is not, by itself, considered a product defect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Subject to applicable consumer law, the following items may not be eligible for return:

• gift cards;
• custom or personalised products;
• items marked as final sale where legally permitted;
• items showing clear signs of wear, washing, misuse, alteration, or customer-caused damage;
• returns requested outside the applicable return period.

Nothing in this section limits statutory rights relating to faulty, defective, or non-conforming goods.

4. How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact:

Please include:

• your order number;
• the item you wish to return;
• the reason for the return;
• photographs where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the relevant return instructions.

Please do not send a return without first contacting us.

5. Return Shipping

For standard change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, Seejthreadsflames (STF) will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

We cannot accept responsibility for customer-arranged return parcels that are lost in transit before reaching us.

6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Where an entire order is cancelled under an applicable statutory right of withdrawal, the standard outbound delivery charge will also be refunded where required by law. Additional charges resulting from a customer choosing a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery method are not refundable unless required by law.

We may withhold a refund until the returned goods have been received or until you provide evidence that they have been returned, where permitted by applicable law.

After we issue a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

7. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

To help us assess the issue efficiently, include:

• your order number;
• a description of the problem;
• clear photographs where appropriate.

We will review the case and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

This may include repair, replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the circumstances.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size, colour, or product, you may return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Because some Seejthreadsflames (STF) releases are limited, we cannot guarantee that another size or colour will remain available.

9. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation while your order is still unfulfilled.

Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the standard return process will apply.

10. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
